TERA was founded by three people who bring together finance, hospitality, and data analytics — united by a shared belief that property management should be personal, professional, and genuinely stress-free.
Maximilian Roselieb
Co-Founder
Maximilian Roselieb is a finance student in the Netherlands and grew up in an international, multilingual household in Thailand, speaking English and Thai with working German. With a family of business-owners and a close view of their privately owned luxury Airbnb in Chiang Mai, he found interest in bringing a more hands-on and analytical approach to short-term rental management supported by a finance background sharpened through an internship in the finance department of an international biotech company.
Szonja Etlenyi
Co-Founder
Szonja Etlenyi is an environmental sciences student from Hungary, now in her third year in the Netherlands, and speaks fluent Hungarian and English. Alongside her studies, she works as an environmental data and research analyst and has spent summers organizing a river-cleaning program back home — sharpening both an analytical eye and a hands-on approach to event planning and coordination. With a background in hospitality jobs across cafés and restaurants, she brings a genuine feel for guest experience to short-term rental management.
Ayman Amghar
Co-Founder
Ayman Amghar is a Moroccan-Dutch finance student who grew up in an international environment in the Netherlands, speaking fluent English and Dutch, strong Arabic, and intermediate French. He completed a five-month finance internship within Hyatt's international hospitality brand, giving him a close look at how large-scale hospitality operations run, alongside broader experience in hospitality-adjacent jobs. He has also spent significant time exploring how AI tools can streamline administrative and managerial workflows, bringing a modern, tech-forward edge to how TERA operates.
